Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P STYLE="margin:0 0 14 0;"><SPAN>The location and boundaries of Easements and other Real Estate Property Agreements are represented by polygons created by the Flood Control District based on maps and legal descriptions in Real Estate documents (deeds, other recorded documents, and other District property agreements), Assessor’s Parcel Maps, Record of Survey maps and other official maps, and from hand drawn features in hard-copy District Creek Books. Features are drawn to align with Parcel boundaries from the County of Marin GIS Parcel dataset, and are representational only. Data are not survey precise. Horizontal Positional Accuracy varies from + /- 5 feet up to +/- 50 feet. The attribute “AgreementID" in the GIS layer corresponds to the field “ID” in associated Access database table records that include document numbers, map references, and a summary of other information about each agreement. Some spatial features have not yet been linked to records in the Access database and donot have a value for "“AgreementID". Some records in the Access database have not yet been represented by a GIS feature, and do not reference a specific location by APN number. Data are not complete, and additions, updates, and corrections to the data area ongoing. </SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
