This dataset includes unit counts, status, Countywide Plan and zoning designations for the sites included in the Marin County 6th cycle Housing Element update (2023-2031). The status or stage of the project describes where the project is in the development process. The project stages include planning application submittal, completion of planning entitlements, issuance of building permits and issuance of certificates of occupancy.
